Olivia the Calendar Girl: Miss June to be exact...

GOOD NEWS OLIVIA FANS! The Kitsap Humane Society has chosen the photo of Olivia below this post (blue sky and big yellow flower) to be included in their 2006 Calendar!! Proud Olivia will be featured as "Miss June". For all who are interested, we will be selling copies of the KHS Fundraising Calendar here at the studio.

Olivia Walks the Catwalk

In a whirlwind motion of creative energy, combined with a new-found destination of the most inspiring variety, Paul, Olivia and I find ourselves on a Bainbridge Island beach, climbing through dense collections of grasses. As we approached a graffitti-covored, gaping hole of a concrete building, I gasped at the sight of a chaotic collaboration of multi-colored spray paint murals, glowing in the late afternoon sun. As we got closer Paul told me the building was an old cannery, but with its floor to ceiling tagging and glass laden floor... it looked more like the remnants Hollywood after-party than a former cornerstone of the Bainbridge economy.


Once inside the structure of rebar and rock, we climbed over old beer cans, beneath the tree growing through the center, and around steel columns that remain the only suggestion of safety. Olivia was a great sport as we tromped around, and dressed her up... bribing her with cookies to grab a few great portfolio shots of our high maintenance bitch slumming it.

Dane & Dane Welcomes Galexy Limousine

Today we met the Proud owner of Galaxy Limousine, who believe it or not, is the very same owner as "Coffee on the Corner" below us. We are very excited to begin a limited limo service for our V.I.P. (Very Important Pet) clientele. In addition to being included as part of some of our Exclusive Portrait and "Girl and Dog Massage" packages, we will utilize the limo service as a way to transport our celebrity clientele to and from the store/studio/airport. It is exciting to continue to collaborate with local business owners! Look for our name on the side of brand new Lincoln limos near you!

Dane & Dane Welcomes Sandy Armstrong

Attention Pets and their people, Kari Murray and Sandy Armstrong have joined the forces of Dane & Dane as our "Girl and Dog Massage" crew. Both accomplished Massage Therapists, Kari (for people) and Sandy (for creatures) will be offering "couples" massage sessions on Saturdays at Dane & Dane. More and more medical professionals are prescribing Massage for prevention as well as healing and now you can share the benefits with your beloved furry family members!
